| Location: |
In The Dump |
Quack's bush is a location in Peep and the Big Wide World.
Appearance[]
Quack's bush is large and shaped like a semi-circle with ragged curves. The bush is dark green with a few leaves outlined on it.
Information[]
Quack's bush is located in the dump and serves as the purpose of concealing several things Quack has stored in it. In fact, in Finders Keepers, the narrator referred to it as "Quack's top-secret special hiding place", but despite that, some other characters know about it such as the ants and squirrel. Some of the objects that are seen having been in the bush in the episode The Real Decoy are a bread crust, red glasses, a purse, three silver coins, a flashlight, a pink-and-silver bracelet, and a green toy dinosaur. According to the events in the episode The Real Decoy, the duck statue has been placed in front of the bush and is watching over and guarding the objects in it; however, in later episodes, the duck statue is seen inside the bush.
Episode appearances[]
Major appearances[]
Finders Keepers[]
Peep and Quack put the bread they found in the bush so nobody would find it. Later on, Quack went to the bush to take a little bite of the bread, but was stopped by Peep. The next day, Quack ran to the bush to shoo all of the ants that were eating his bread. On the next rainy day, Peep, Chirp, and Quack go to eat the bread, but it was ruined. So Quack gave it to the ants.
The Last Straw[]
Quack tried to plan the Fish Extravaganza in his bush using rocks he carried in his mouth, but after Peep and Chirp tried to see what he was doing with a straw, he went to his Pond.
Falling Feathers[]
When Quack lost ten feathers, he went to hide in his bush in a sock. Peep followed him, carrying the feathers on a leaf while Chirp goes to Hoot in the Deep Dark Woods for advice. Peep and Quack but mostly Quack argued over how to count duck feathers until Chirp came to the bush with one of Hoot's feathers and explains to Quack that he's molting, which is where birds lose their feathers and grow new ones.
