Quack's Square Deal is the first episode of season four along with the episode The Lurmies are Coming which comes right before it. Quack's Square Deal first aired on January 31, 2010. The episode is written by Joe Fallon and story boarded by David Thomas.

When Chirp starts collecting things with four equal sides, Quack starts collecting things with pointy tops.
Expanded summary[]
The episode begins with Peep counting his and Quack's feet. Chirp then hops by with a mail stamp in her beak. Peep and Quack follow her. Chirp tells them that she is collecting things with the same shape. She is collecting squares. Chirp tells Quack that squares have 4 sides and 4 corners. Quack sees a postcard with a mountain on it. He thinks it's a square, but it's a rectangle since two sides are long and two sides are short. Quack was about to eat Chirp's square cracker, but Chirp stops him. Quack says he wants to know how a square tastes like, but Chirp makes a line and states that no ducks are allowed beyond it. Quack then claims he doesn't like squares and likes shapes with pointy tops on it. He then starts looking for shapes with pointy tops.
At the Dump, Peep and Chirp find a pile of sticky notes. They then find a checker board, which is a big square with lots of little squares on it. The checker board was too heavy unfortunately, so they decide to get Quack to help them. Peep and Chirp first bring their pile of sticky notes home.
Quack meanwhile goes to a bike path, and looks for shapes with pointy tops. He sees a sign with a straight arrow on it, but he can't take it home. So he walks back.
Peep and Chirp set off to find Quack. However, the wind blows their pile of sticky notes all over the place. Quack, still looking for shapes with pointy tops gets hit with one of the sticky notes. He finds more sticky notes and thinks those are shapes with pointy tops and takes them all to his pond. He places a pebble on each of them to prevent them from blowing away.
Peep and Chirp then find Quack, and Quack shows them his collection of shapes with pointy tops. Chirp thinks the shapes are familiar and finds out those were her shapes. She thinks Quack took her squares and Quack draws a line to keep Chirp away. She shows him that his shapes with pointy tops he has are also squares as well. Quack tells her that she should have put rocks on top to prevent them from blowing away. The episode ends with Quack relaxing in his pond while Peep and Chirp look at his collection.
