Attempts to Reach Green Island

Green Island is a place within big bay that Quack goes to in episodes like "Current Events" and "The Perils of Peep and Chirp." Peep gets a chance to see Green Island almost very up close in the episode "The Mystery of the Thing That Went and Came Back." Quack usually goes to Green Island for a nice serene place to take a nap, and usually, Peep and Chirp have something to do when disrupting Quack's nap. The episode "Current Events" starts Peep and Chirp's wanting to go to Green Island. In that episode, Quack first introduces Green Island by bragging about how "good" it is and saying that Peep and Chirp can't go because they can't swim. Peep later gets a toy boat to attempt to go to Green Island and even having a chance for Quack to pull them there, Quack later denies because of the fact he is fatigued and didn't have his full sleep. In "The Perils of Peep and Chirp," Peep and Chirp get very close to having a chance to go to Green Island but missed their chance as the ice melted before they could get there. Quack at the end of the episode, mentions that Peep and Chirp have returned home and Green Island is still out of their reach. In "The Mystery of the Thing That Went and Came Back," Peep sails away from home in half a plastic egg and sails past Green Island in hoping to reach it and land there, disappointed that he floats right past Green Island, he finds another island, Purple Island, in which this is the only episode where we ever see this special island. So far, it seems like the chances of reaching Green Island are very low for "non-swimmers."

The Trip to Green Island

In the episode "The Trip to Green Island" Peep and Chirp manage to get to Green Island and mentioning it as their one final adventure. Quack carries both Peep and Chirp over to Green Island, and when Peep and Chirp arrive at Green Island, they realize there isn't much there until they get to the top of the tree. At the top of the tree, Peep and Chirp realize that there are still more adventures waiting for them out there, but this episode really says that Green Island has been settled by "non-swimmers" and that Green Island can be reachable, but there really isn't anything exciting in the first place.
